If you are a presenting author, please read the following the information regarding how to prepare for your presentation. Contributed Oral Presentations If you have an oral talk, please remember that the allotted time for your talk is 15 minutes, divided in 13 minutes of presentation + 2 minutes of questions. In order to avoid technical issues and for timing efficiency, the procedure is to use the laptop provided by the conference. To ensure compatibility, we ask you to use slides in PDF format. Please upload your files before March 10 using this Google form: https://goo.gl/forms/o0lynbnVwJbsIz9i2 If you encounter any issue with the form, or do not have a Google account, you can send your slides in PDF format to [email protected]. Ignite Presentations If your contribution is an Ignite Talk, remember that the allotted time for presentation is 4 minutes, and there is no time for questions. To avoid delays in changing speakers, you must upload your presentation slides in PDF format, so that it can be uploaded into the laptop provided by the conference. Please upload your files before March 10. Poster Presentations If you are presenting a poster, please note that the panels fit an A0 vertically (or an A1 horizontally) maximum. The poster session is scheduled on Tuesday afternoon, so we ask you hang your poster on Tuesday morning and remove it after the Poster session ends.
