Submission of works to be presented are closed. All authors have been notified of the result of their work. Author with accepted works should register. People wishing to attend the event can also register as attendees. All instructions are below.
Registration system Registration payments are via credit card only using the online store from the University of Exeter. Please ensure when registering the following as some people have reported issues:
Please read all the instructions below before registering. All accepted works need to be registered either as abstract author or paper author. Student registration is not available for authors, only non-author attendees. The information you placed in your submission regarding being a student is for the purposes of the best student submission. Late-breaking posters Authors with accepted late-breaking should register using the Presenter Abstract category in the registration system. Only the presenting author of each contribution should register under this category (£350 UK Pounds). When registering for this category, please make sure to specify your poster number in the designated field during the checkout process, this will be returned to you if you poster is accepted. Abstract authors Authors with accepted abstracts should register using the Presenter Abstract category in the registration system. Only the presenting author of each contribution should register under this category (£350 UK Pounds). To secure your place in the program, it is essential to complete your registration by January 15, 2024. When registering for this category, please make sure to specify your abstract number in the designated field during the checkout process. Paper authors Authors with accepted papers should register using the Presenter Paper category in the registration system. One author per accepted paper should register under this category (£600 UK Pounds). To ensure your paper's inclusion in the proceedings, you must complete your registration by January 15, 2024. When registering for this category, please remember to specify your paper number in the designated field during the checkout process. Extra Papers or Abstracts Authors presenting more than one abstract or paper will be required to add the additional abstracts and/or paper fees to their registration rates. Please refer to the table below for the fee structure. Regular Attendee Individuals interested in attending the conference without presenting a contribution should choose the Regular Attendee category. The registration fee for this category is £350 (UK Pounds). Student Attendee Students, including undergraduates, MSc, and PhD students, are eligible to register using the Student Attendee category in the registration system, which costs £200 (UK Pounds). It's important to note that this registration fee is not applicable to students who are authors of either an abstract or a paper. Students registering under this category will be asked to provide proof of their student status during check-in at the conference site. How to Calculate Extra paper or abstract cost Authors presenting more than 1 abstract or paper should consider the following examples:
It's essential to note that the examples provided assume the same presenter for all works. If the works have different presenters, they must be registered separately. This allows us to issue materials for both presenters and ensure that both are listed in conference activities such as dinner, cocktail, and other related events. All registration fees cover the following:
Attendees can bring a guest to dinner but they would have to purchase an additional banquet ticket (available during the checkin on the registration site). Registration fees Note that these are the current prices and some of the options are no longer available given the program has been closed.
Cancellation policy
It's important to be aware that registrations are generally non-refundable. However, in rare cases, such as visa denials or medical reasons, we may consider issuing a refund of 50% of the registration cost. Contact information The registration system allows for card payments only and provides you with a receipt for your transaction. In principle, bank/wire transfers are not possible but we can try with the University if this is the only way you have to register, please get in touch and we will do our best to find a mechanism.
