Registration

Please note that the banquet is sold out! Anyone registering from now who are not authors will not be able to attend the banquet. We have reached the limit of the location

Registration systems
We have 2 registration systems. Please read the information below as it is important and the system used depends on your needs:
  1. This first system is run by the University of Exeter and prices are in the UK Pounds Stirling. As per the table below. People who need invoices (most Europeans) must use this system. This system requires payments using a credit card. This system can be found here.
  2. This second system mostly for people in Brazil who want to pay by "PIX" or "Boleto", although credit cards can also be used. Note that the prices are in US Dollars because the system does not allow us to use UK Pound Stirling. Although anyone can use either system, this one will not issue invoices. You will receive a receipt, but we are NOT able to issue invoices if you use this system or "nota fiscal". CompleNet is not a registered company in Brazil and we cannot generate "nota fiscal" (government invoices). Repeating, if you use this and ask for an invoice later, we will NOT be able to generate one. We have fixed the exchange rate as of December 2024, and we are not able to adjust the prices based on fluctuations of the exchange rate. The link for this is available here.

Please ensure when registering the following as some people have reported issues:
  • Disable pop-ups on your browser that might be blocking a confirmation of the bank authorisation system
  • Try using a different browser, such as Firefox or Microsoft Edge/IE
  • The payment system does not do well with special characters. So if your language has characters such ñ, á, å, etc. We suggest you do not use them.
  • Try using a different internet connection - we have had instances in the past where some work networks have blocked certain parts or functions of the online store process

Please read all the instructions below before registering. All accepted works need to be registered either as abstract author or paper author. Student registration is not available for authors, only non-author attendees. The information you placed in your submission regarding being a student is for the purposes of the best student submission. Each accepted work requires a separate registration even if presented by the same person.

Abstract authors
Authors with accepted abstracts should register using the Presenter Abstract category in the registration system. Only the presenting author of each contribution should register under this category (£300 UK Pounds). To secure your place in the program, it is essential to complete your registration by January 20, 2025. When registering for this category, please make sure to specify your abstract number in the designated field during the checkout process.

Paper authors
Authors with accepted papers should register using the Presenter Paper category in the registration system. One author per accepted paper should register under this category (£500 UK Pounds). To ensure your paper's inclusion in the proceedings, you must complete your registration by January 20, 2025. When registering for this category, please remember to specify your paper number in the designated field during the checkout process.

Regular Attendee
Individuals interested in attending the conference without presenting a contribution should choose the Regular Attendee category. The registration fee for this category is £350 (UK Pounds).

Student Attendee
Students, including undergraduates, MSc, and PhD students, are eligible to register using the Student Attendee category in the registration system, which costs £150 (UK Pounds). It's important to note that this registration fee is not applicable to students who are authors of either an abstract or a paper. Students registering under this category will be asked to provide proof of their student status during check-in at the conference site.

Presenting More than 1 Work
Authors presenting more than 1 abstract will need to register each work separately. Each work requires one registration.
  • Author with 1 accepted paper and 1 accepted abstract. Cost: £500 + £300.
  • Author with 2 accepted abstracts. Cost: £300 + £300.
  • Author with 2 accepted abstracts and 1 accepted paper: £500 + £300 + £300.
