How to find the Conference Location
We the conference approaches, we are posting here some more information on how to find the conference venue. However, if you have any further questions feel free to write to [email protected]. Please follow the map above. You can search on Google Maps for the XFi building but here is a link also. Once you get to the venue you may see the building below. The entrance is indicated by the red arrow.
We will also have a room booked for conference attendees who need a quiet space to work. This is seminar room A and the picture of the door and the inside is showed below

Accommodation
We should start by saying that we are not working with any site, agency, company, etc. for the provision of hotels, travel, etc. If you have been contacted by anyone saying they represent the conference it is definetely spam and we ask you to disregard. All communication is directly from [email protected] or one of the organisers. We are not working with any specific hotels and attendees are requested to decide the accommodation that best fit their preferences. We recommend people try looking for hotels and information using websites specialised in reviewing hotels such as: Below is a list of hotels that the university has used in the past. By no means this is a recommendation/endorsement and we insist that participants should find their own information. All these are central and should allow for easy (walking) access to the university venue. The list is provided for commodity only:
